This policy applies to the APK Top Charts tokens sold by Yourseoboard LLC on apkapi.top. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Token packs and prices
Current packs and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country and status.
2. Payment
Each pack is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews or is charged automatically.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never stored by us. Crypto payments go through our own payment gateway and are prepaid.
An invoice is sent to your email after each card payment; invoices are also available under "Invoices" in your account.
3. Tokens
Every account receives free monthly tokens, renewed on the 1st day of each month (00:00 UTC); unused free tokens do not roll over. Purchased tokens do not expire and are used after the free monthly tokens. Tokens are not exchangeable for money. Tokens charged for a request that failed on our side are returned automatically.
4. Limits after a purchase
Your first purchase raises the rate limit and the number of API keys and opens the data on available developer domains, as described on the pricing page. These limits stay after your tokens are spent.
5. Refunds
A pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its tokens have been used. After that, or once tokens have been used, payments are generally not refundable, except where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start providing the tokens immediately, you will receive a refund reduced in proportion to the tokens already used.
If the Service was materially unavailable through our fault, write to [email protected] and we will refund or compensate you.
Refund requests: [email protected], with the email of your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunded tokens are removed from your balance.
6. Price changes
We may change prices of packs at any time. New prices apply to future purchases; tokens you have already bought are not affected.
